It was founded in 1989 by Pablo Garín (previous General Director of Control Vision Computer S.A.) and Luis Zumárraga (previous Director of Technological Promotion of the Society for the Industrial Promotion and Reconversion), as well as Venture Capital of the Industry Department of the Basque Goverment. It has its central office in Vitoria-Gasteiz and its commercial office in Madrid.
